A sophisticated client (two college professors), a large program, a tiny budget; what can go wrong?

The idea was to add a kitchen and an office/guest room to an existing small residence. In the process we grabbed the opportunity to add a south facing deck and reorganize the flow of the first floor.

The project is currently nearing completion.
