A quick little project in Cincinnati, OH.  The developer is looking at remodeling an existing 3 story 100 year old building still featuring the (lack of) original infrastructure and circulation.  A couple of options were developed: offices and residential on top of a brewery/restaurant podium.  The new home office in the back will have a landscaped roof.
